- 4 croissants, halved lengthwise
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the halved croissants in a cast-iron skillet or baking dish, cut side up.
- Break small chunks of cookie dough and place them generously on top of the croissants, pressing them gently into the croissant layers.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are warm and golden, and the cookie dough is soft and baked through.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the warm crookie skillet with chocolate syrup.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of the skillet, allowing it to melt slightly into the warm dessert.
- Optionally, sprinkle with crushed nuts for added texture and crunch before serving.

- If you prefer a different flavor of ice cream, feel free to use chocolate, caramel, or your favorite variety.
