Crust:
- 1 family-sized package of Oreos
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
- 2 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 2 3.4 ounce packages instant vanilla pudding (POWDER ONLY)
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup prepared caramel sauce
Topping:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Assembly:
- 1 cup prepared caramel sauce
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 15 turtle candies (optional)
Instructions
- Crust: Place Oreos in a food processor, pulse into crumbs. Set aside 1 ½ cups of crumbs. Mix the rest with melted butter, press into a 9×13 dish.
- Filling: Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding powder, mix, then slowly add milk. Mix in caramel. Pour over crust.
- Assembly: Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs. Drizzle half of caramel and hot fudge. Add pecans. Whip cream, sugar, vanilla; spread on top. Chill 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Serving: Garnish with remaining caramel, hot fudge, pecans, and turtle candies before serving.
Notes
- To achieve clean cuts, freeze the dessert overnight before cutting and serving. Pudding may resemble ‘ice cream’ filling; let sit out 30 minutes to an hour to soften if desired.
