Peaches:

- 1 stick Butter, unsalted, cold
- 1/4 cup Boiling hot water (see notes)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar to dust top of cobbler
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees: Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Add frozen peaches, sugars, extracts, spices, corn starch, cream of tartar, butter, water, and lemon juice. Mix well, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare cobbler topping: Combine flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and half of the cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add hot water and stir until just combined.
