- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pack vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer crushed vanilla wafers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of pudding, then sliced bananas and strawberries.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full, finishing with fruit on top.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to meld flavors.
