Description

S’mores Cookie Bars are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of a classic campfire s’more with the ease of a cookie bar. Layers of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate come together in this easy-to-make, gooey dessert.

Graham Cracker Layer:

  • 78 full sheets (78109 g) graham crackers

Cookie Dough Layer:

  • 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) light brown sugar, gently packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (360 g) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup (135 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (45 g) mini marshmallows

Topping:

  • 2 regular sized Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, broken into squares

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 13×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. Layer Graham Crackers: Arrange graham crackers in a single layer to cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Prepare Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars in a mixer, then add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, adding chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  4. Assemble and Bake: Spread the cookie dough over the graham crackers. Add extra marshmallows on top if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Add Toppings: While still warm, place chocolate bar pieces on top. Let cool before cutting into bars.
