Graham Cracker Layer:
- 7–8 full sheets (78–109 g) graham crackers
Cookie Dough Layer:
- 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (150 g) light brown sugar, gently packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups (360 g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup (135 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (45 g) mini marshmallows
Topping:
- 2 regular sized Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, broken into squares
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 13×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- Layer Graham Crackers: Arrange graham crackers in a single layer to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Prepare Cookie Dough: Cream butter and sugars in a mixer, then add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, adding chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Assemble and Bake: Spread the cookie dough over the graham crackers. Add extra marshmallows on top if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Add Toppings: While still warm, place chocolate bar pieces on top. Let cool before cutting into bars.
