- 1 hibiscus tea bag
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Steep the hibiscus tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes, then chill.
- Muddle the berries with maple syrup in a shaker.
- Add ice, pour in chilled tea, then top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently and pour into a glass. Garnish with mint and a berry skewer.

- Use frozen berries if fresh are unavailable.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
