  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with mustard or mayo and the finely chopped vegetables until smooth and spreadable.
  3. Spread about 1 tsp of the mixture onto the bottom of 6 crackers.
  4. Fold deli meat pieces and place over the filling. Top with the remaining crackers to form sandwiches.
