- 12 RITZ crackers

- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with mustard or mayo and the finely chopped vegetables until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread about 1 tsp of the mixture onto the bottom of 6 crackers.
- Fold deli meat pieces and place over the filling. Top with the remaining crackers to form sandwiches.
