Description

These festive yogurt bites are a refreshing, no-bake treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of nuts for crunch. Naturally sweet, protein-packed, and bursting with patriotic color, they’re perfect for summer snacking or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or granola

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each liner, smoothing the top.
  4. Top each with a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts or granola.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from liners and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For added sweetness, you can drizzle extra honey or maple syrup on top before freezing.
  • Feel free to swap the walnuts for another nut or granola based on your preference.
  • These can also be made in silicone ice cube trays for smaller, bite-sized portions.
