- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or granola
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each liner, smoothing the top.
- Top each with a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts or granola.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Remove from liners and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For added sweetness, you can drizzle extra honey or maple syrup on top before freezing.
- Feel free to swap the walnuts for another nut or granola based on your preference.
- These can also be made in silicone ice cube trays for smaller, bite-sized portions.
