Description
This fun and cheesy pull-apart pizza bread is baked in a bundt pan with layers of biscuit dough, mozzarella cubes, pesto, and pepperoni—perfect for game nights, parties, or an easy weeknight indulgence.

- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 20–25 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well with olive oil or nonstick spray.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
- Add cubed mozzarella, pesto, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
- Layer half the mixture into the greased bundt pan. Add a layer of pepperoni slices.
- Add remaining dough mixture, then top with another layer of pepperoni.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Homemade pizza dough can be used as a substitute for biscuit dough.
- Add extra garlic or crushed red pepper flakes for more kick.
- Can be prepared ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
- Try with different fillings like cooked sausage, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes.
