Description

This fun and cheesy pull-apart pizza bread is baked in a bundt pan with layers of biscuit dough, mozzarella cubes, pesto, and pepperoni—perfect for game nights, parties, or an easy weeknight indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough, cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2025 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add cubed mozzarella, pesto, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Layer half the mixture into the greased bundt pan. Add a layer of pepperoni slices.
  5. Add remaining dough mixture, then top with another layer of pepperoni.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Homemade pizza dough can be used as a substitute for biscuit dough.
  • Add extra garlic or crushed red pepper flakes for more kick.
  • Can be prepared ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
