These festive Peppermint S’mores are a quick, no-bake holiday treat that layers chocolate graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and peppermint-swirled white chocolate. Perfect for cozy winter nights or Christmas gatherings.

- 12 chocolate graham crackers (halved into squares)
- 6 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 6 peppermint candies or candy canes, crushed
- Optional: red food coloring for a pink swirl effect
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract and a drop of red food coloring for a swirl effect, if desired.
- Place crushed peppermint candies in a shallow dish.
- Toast marshmallows over an open flame or under a broiler until golden and gooey.
- Quickly sandwich one toasted marshmallow between two chocolate graham cracker squares.
- Spoon peppermint white chocolate over the top and immediately sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
- Allow to set slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
Notes
- Use caution when toasting marshmallows—supervise if using an open flame.
- For a cleaner swirl, add red food coloring just before fully stirring the melted chocolate.
