- 2 cups cold milk

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla extract until thickened. Chill for 5–10 minutes.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of vanilla pudding, followed by a layer of peach slices.
- Drizzle with a little caramel sauce if desired.
- Repeat layers with remaining cake, pudding, and peaches.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
