Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for greasing)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Filling:
- 3/4 cup Nutella (or other chocolate hazelnut spread)
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Cook the Crêpes: Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook the other side for 30–60 seconds.
- Fill and Roll: While still warm, spread a generous layer of Nutella over each crêpe. Roll tightly into logs and serve stacked or side-by-side on a plate. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or add sliced strawberries or bananas for extra flair.
