Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise,
cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter until well combined.
Sprinkle the buttered cracker crumbs evenly over the top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is
golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
