- 1 cup shredded kunafa dough (kataifi), thawed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Mix kunafa dough with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Press a small amount of kunafa dough into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of brownie batter into each cup.
- Top with a few more strands of kunafa dough.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with simple syrup or honey if desired.
