Chicken:

Instructions

- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Oil grates lightly.
- Grill Chicken: Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side (internal temperature 165°F/74°C), adjusting heat as needed to avoid charring.
- Rest and Serve: Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with fresh parsley or lemon wedges.
