Ingredients:
For the dressing:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
1/2 cup Basil, chopped and loosely packed
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped and loosely packed
For the salad:
4 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, halved
2 Cucumbers, sliced
1 large Red Onion, sliced
Feta Cheese
Directions:
Whisk together all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Remember, salad dressings should be slightly saltier to balance
when mixed with the veggies.
Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion in a large bowl. Crumble feta cheese over the top.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to
meld. Stir again right before serving.
