A delightful fusion of creamy matcha ice cream, crisp cereal layers, fresh strawberries, and vanilla yogurt—perfectly layered in a tall glass for a refreshing and elegant dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or granola
  • 45 fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 scoop matcha green tea ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame powder or crushed Oreos (optional topping)
  • 1 strawberry Pocky stick (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a tall parfait glass, add 2 tablespoons of crushed cornflakes as the base layer.
  2. Spoon in half the vanilla yogurt and press gently with a spoon.
  3. Add a ring of strawberry slices against the inside of the glass, followed by more yogurt to secure them in place.
  4. Add another layer of crushed cornflakes or granola and press down slightly.
  5. Arrange a few strawberry slices on top of the cereal layer.
  6. Gently place a scoop of matcha ice cream on top.
  7. Sprinkle with black sesame powder or crushed Oreos for added depth.
  8. Garnish with a strawberry Pocky stick and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use granola for added crunch and fiber.
  • Best served immediately to preserve texture contrast.
  • Try layering in a clear glass to show off the colors.
