- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or granola
- 4–5 fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 scoop matcha green tea ice cream
- 1 teaspoon black sesame powder or crushed Oreos (optional topping)
- 1 strawberry Pocky stick (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a tall parfait glass, add 2 tablespoons of crushed cornflakes as the base layer.
- Spoon in half the vanilla yogurt and press gently with a spoon.
- Add a ring of strawberry slices against the inside of the glass, followed by more yogurt to secure them in place.
- Add another layer of crushed cornflakes or granola and press down slightly.
- Arrange a few strawberry slices on top of the cereal layer.
- Gently place a scoop of matcha ice cream on top.
- Sprinkle with black sesame powder or crushed Oreos for added depth.
- Garnish with a strawberry Pocky stick and serve immediately.
