Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites

Ingredients:

500g salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions:

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until

fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the

sauce has thickened slightly.

Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3

minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Pour the honey butter garlic glaze over the cooked salmon bites, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.

Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
