Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is hot and the sugar and cocoa have fully
dissolved. Do not let it boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour into popsicle molds.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
