Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 34 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse together flour, baking powder, salt, and butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Add shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon, pulsing to combine.
  4. Slowly add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together.
  5. Roll out dough thinly on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  6. Place squares on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until crisp and golden.
