- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, or until chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice.
