For the Marinade:

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges

Instructions
