- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, shredded coconut, white rum, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into chilled hurricane or tulip glasses.
- Garnish each with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
