Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. If using slider buns, toast them lightly.
- On each egg half or bun bottom, layer with a dab of mayo (if using), baby greens, one half-slice of bacon, and a tomato round.
- Top with the other egg half or bun top. Secure with a skewer or toothpick.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and bagel seasoning if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled or at room temperature.
