  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1 Zest of a small lemon
  • 3/4 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream, room temperature

Strawberries

  • 1 lb Strawberries, rinsed, dried, and cut into small cubes
  • 2 TBSP White granulated sugar

Whipped Cream Cheese

  • 4 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup Heavy cream, cold

Instructions

  1. Lemon Cake – Preheat the oven and prepare the cake batter. Bake until golden brown. Let cool and freeze briefly.
  2. Strawberries – Cube the strawberries and mix with sugar. Let sit.
  3. Whipped Cream Cheese – Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. Assembly – Layer cake, strawberries, and whipped cream cheese in jars. Refrigerate before serving.
