Easy Sausage Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage

1 cup Bisquick baking mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the breakfast sausage until fully cooked. Drain off any

excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Stir in the cheese, Bisquick, and cooked sausage until well

combined.

Evenly distribute the mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center

comes out clean.

Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
