Description
These Valentine’s-inspired cake popsicles feature soft vanilla cake mixed with frosting, shaped like ice cream pops, and coated in pink, white, and chocolate candy melts. Decorated with heart sprinkles and red toppers, they make charming treats for gifts or parties.

- 2 cups vanilla cake, crumbled
- 3 tbsp buttercream or cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup pink candy melts
- 1 cup white candy melts
- 1/2 cup dark or milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup heart sprinkles (assorted pink, red, white)
- 6 popsicle sticks
- Red heart topper candies or fondant hearts
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crumbled vanilla cake with frosting until it forms a dough-like texture.
- Press the mixture into silicone popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 1 hour until firm.
- Melt the pink and white candy melts separately according to package directions. Melt the chocolate as well.
- Remove the frozen cake pops from molds and dip each one in either pink or white candy melts. Let them set.
- Decorate with piped white chocolate lattice for a cone look or dip tops in pink melts for a scoop effect.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops and add heart sprinkles.
- Place a red heart topper onto each pop while chocolate is still soft.
- Chill decorated cake pops on a parchment-lined tray until fully set. Serve as desired.
