Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of fresh green beans
- 2 lbs of beef (cut into cubes)
- 4 baking potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced (optional)
- 3 cups of water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Steak spice (optional)
Directions:
- Prepare the beef, green beans, potatoes, and onion (if using) by dicing them into bite-sized pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into your crockpot.
- Add 3 cups of water and season with salt, pepper, and steak spice (if desired).
- Cook on low for 6 hours, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
