Crockpot Beef, Green Beans, and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of fresh green beans
  • 2 lbs of beef (cut into cubes)
  • 4 baking potatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced (optional)
  • 3 cups of water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Steak spice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the beef, green beans, potatoes, and onion (if using) by dicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place all the ingredients into your crockpot.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and season with salt, pepper, and steak spice (if desired).
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
