A refreshing cold pasta salad packed with shrimp, crab, crisp veggies, and a creamy, tangy dressing seasoned with Old Bay—ideal for summer gatherings and potlucks.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with additional green onions or herbs if desired.
