- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed (plus more for layering)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 6 chocolate chip cookies, crushed (for topping)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish with a single layer of whole chocolate chip cookies.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer, then add the pudding layer evenly on top.
- Add another layer of chocolate chip cookies over the pudding.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping on top of the cookies.
- Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and crushed cookies.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and the cookies to soften.
- Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!
