Description

Cookie Lasagna is a rich, no-bake layered dessert made with chocolate chip cookies, creamy whipped topping, chocolate pudding, and crushed cookies. It’s a crowd-pleasing treat that’s easy to assemble and perfect for parties or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed (plus more for layering)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 6 chocolate chip cookies, crushed (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish with a single layer of whole chocolate chip cookies.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer, then add the pudding layer evenly on top.
  5. Add another layer of chocolate chip cookies over the pudding.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping on top of the cookies.
  7. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and crushed cookies.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and the cookies to soften.
  9. Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy!
