- 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup crushed wafer cookies
- 1/2 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
- 3/4 cup crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix hazelnut spread, chopped hazelnuts, and crushed wafers until combined.
- Scoop small amounts of mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Place crispy rice cereal in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chilled truffle into melted chocolate, then roll in crispy rice cereal to coat.
- Place back on tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
