Ingredients

  • 4 mini sandwich buns or slider rolls
  • 4 small eggs
  • 4 slices cooked chicken breast or deli chicken (peppered or grilled)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the mini buns in a skillet or toaster until golden and warm. Set aside.
