Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Cut puff pastry into 4 equal squares. Spoon apple filling into the center of each square.
- Fold corners up over the filling to create a loose pocket, pinching gently to secure.
- Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then top each turnover with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

- For a richer filling, try adding a handful of raisins or chopped walnuts to the apple mixture.
